January Session

Today, I met Ryan at MBSP for the first session of 2007. We got in about a 2 hour session. Unfortunately, we got too cold (and my hands were tired) to stick around when the wind picked up. According to the GPS, I got in just under 6 miles of kiting. It felt like a lot more than that. Here's the wind chart, and GPS tracks.
We were there between 10 and 12.
I got in my first real jump today! I didn't actually land it, but I didn't crash/burn, either. It was somewhere between the two. I'm certainly going to try more jumps once the water gets warm. According to Ryan, I got about 8' of air! w00t! |
