Session 26 after work today!

I got to MBSP at 4:30. There was only one person there that I know. A few minutes later, Mark, Ryan, and Matt showed up. By that time, I had already pumped up my 14 meter kite. Big mistake. I never used it. I pumped up my 9 and was fully powered and then some.

Tonight, I learned how to go even bigger on my jumps. It's all about being powered up and then powering up some more.

Eventually, Brandon and Sarah, and Francis showed up. There could have been a lot of kites on the water, but the wind got really gusty close to shore and Ryan and I were the only ones really having a good ride.

This has been a great week and for some, it's not over yet.

When I left, Ryan and Mark were headed back out. Ryan was sporting the stylish helmet and the helmet camera. I hope they got some good footage!

I wish you and Tal were here, you would have enjoyed being at our party/bbq get-together. We had five couples, six would have been even better.

"Steady 20 mph", when translated, appears to be 12-30 and gusty by the looks of the chart.

Looks like Biz is having some serious fun and relaxation. He missed some serious wind on Saturday. It blew at a steady 20 mph most of the day.

Froggie and I had a nice get together on Saturday and went down to the Polish Festival and poured beer for about 4 hours on Sunday afternoon. We had a great time.

This week we are watching two more dogs as our friends Tom & Tina are on vactaion. Our two Shelties, A Pug (Newbus's girlfiends dog) and a Cocapoo and a Pugapoo, so we have a full house. If you've never seen a Pugapoo you need to google it. Quite cute.

It is 11 a.m. as I write this but we were just out in the car and went past a time & temp thingy ..... it was 94 degrees at 10:30!! Now, that is warm. There is a chance of some rain this afternoon, but we shall see.

Biz - hope you are having fun. I am enjoying the pics you have sent. Thanks. Was that one of the gardens from Boston Common? I was there in 1955 or 6. It was very lovely then.

I hope we get some of Ryan's footage of his ride.

It looks like Boston is having a nice day - not as warm as we are though. We have clouds building now so maybe this afternoon, we might get some rain sowers.
